| News | | Barmstedt 20.01.2008 | | Mobile World Congress 2008 in Barcelone with B2B-Match for Brokerage Event |  | | | | With more than 1,300 exhibitors and over 55,000 visitors in 2007, the Mobile World Congress has cemented its reputation as the world's largest mobile technology fair. | | | Since 2006, a partnering event has taken place every year at the World Congress, organised by the Centre for Innovation and Business Development (CIDEM) -a department of the Catalan Government's Ministry of Innovation, University and Enterprise- toghether with a core group of Innovation Relay Centres (IRCs) with the aim of helping European start-ups, SMEs and laboratories in the mobile technology sector initiate transnational technological partnerships.
This year the core group decided to use the B2B-Matchmaking software of ConVerve.
